The number of children you have and their ages - 3 twins aged 14 and a 10 year old

How many nights the children spend with each parent - 5 in every two weeks plus half school holidays amounting to 144 in the year

The length of your marriage and any period of pre marriage cohabitation - no pre co-habiting and 16 years

Your respective incomes - see attached sheet

Your respective outgoings - see attached sheet

Your assets - both soley held and joint:

House £120k Equity (£97k mortgage still outstanding)

Bank accs - Hers £7,738 credit mine £1128 overdrawn

Savings - Her £216 mine £0

Car - Joint in her possession as family car £5,000 (paid for by annuity no load when I left navy along with extension to house) mine £4,880 (loan o/s bal £8k)

Your liabilities.

With regards to the Form E, both parties have a duty to update statements from bank accounts and credit cards. I got confused about this when I was going through this process as I didn't know whether I had to send any update info directly to the court after the Form E had been submitted to the court! You don't. The updated info is included in the Final Hearing trial bundle/s, which the Barrister will have on the day.

I was frustrated by the fact that I produced every single statement for every single thing. My ex didn't, he claimed to have credit card debts of over £15,000 but did not produce one credit card statement to back this up, despite my asking his solicitor to do so. It was not picked up by the judge, did not seem to matter, it was listed on the income and assets schedule and that was it.

Try not to worry too much about what she is doing - it's very hard and frustrating but the truth of the matter is - there's not much you can do except write to her solicitor and ask for the statements to be produced.

I wish I could be of more help but despite what I say from my experience I would not want to mislead you. I would say concentrate on yourself and what you can do, don't be bullied by her solicitor. It's very unlikely a costs order will be made - that as far as I know is only made when one party has made a wholly reasonable and fair offer which is not accepted and taken to court. Your ex's "offer" is not AT ALL reasonable!

My ex even stopped paying his half of the mortgage and nothing happened about that - they said I was occupying the FMH by way of "occupation of rent" even though I was living their with our son who was 9!

Keep your chin up. There are lawyers on this site who will give you excellent guidance and advice.

Don't panic mate.She's making outlandish demands and tell her to poke it.I wanna Bentley and £10k a month to live on but I've got about as much chance of that as she has with what she's pulling.Don't spend no money and don't give her none either in the meantime tell her when she starts being reasonable you will again.
