I have applied for residence order for my daughter. Iam going to self rep. I have a witness who is willing to help me. At what point during hearings may a witness be called upon. They wish to remain anonymous, is this possible if so would it be the duty of the cafcass officer to interview them.
many thanks ac

It is not possible for a witness to be anonymous. Plus, it is very very rare to have witnesses in private law children proceedings in any event.
