I found this link from the Judicial Studies Board (The JSB is directly responsible for training full and part-time judges in England and Wales, and for overseeing the training of Lay magistrates and chairmen and members of Tribunals. ) quite interesting reading.

If absolutely necessary, it can be made more entertaining if you read it to yourself as though you are 102 1/2 years old with a grey wig and pretending you are wearing a flowing black gown............

Hi Poppy, Insomnia can now be cured thanks to just one application of JSB! I was halfway through reading the introduction to Chapter 11 when I realised that it was morning and that I had fallen asleep on the keyboard. Looking in the mirror I see that I have skin indentations across my forehead spelling out 'Q W E R T Y'! Yey! YA

OMG, What a saddo I have turned into. Poppy I read the whole article and actually find it very interesting.Now I am more aware of what is going on,I will be better prepared for my forthcoming courts hearings. Who said getting divorce was boring!!! thanks take care xxx
