Discussion on Self Representation in divorce court, also know as being a Litigant In Person. What is the process? What paperwork do you need to prepare?
My FH in sept was adjourned by me as X failed to submit bank statements!!!
Now got the aforesaid statements and have to construct a questionnaire by 7th October.
When I have done this does the questionnaire need to be sent to the court as well as X's sols? or do I wait until I have the answers ansd submit it with the trial bundle.
FH now rescheduled for 28th Oct...............here we go again...hopefully this will be the end!

Send the questionnaire asap only to your ex's sols and then submit it together with any response received in your bundle to the court 14 days (I think) before the FH.
