Technically you should be signing the order as the agreement to sign the mortgage form is not part of the order nor is the order dependent upon it.
However, as a litigant in person you may just get a little latitude from the court

so you can try to get an adjournment explaining there are matters which should be brought to the judge's attention, but you cannot attend on the date set due to professional committments. You might get away with it....but it is only a might.
