Yes as his wife, if he dies I am legible for his pension.
We would have to be married for a while, as you know here on wiki to qualify for his pension at the moment.

But it makes you wonder if you were a hardened marriage/divorce junky you would be able to have a real cushy retirement lol Escpecially if your pension goes to all and sundry, just because your ex had an affair.

I will be interested to know what is said about this. Surprised no-one else has brought this question up.
