Hi my STBXW is on legal aid. I heard from a friend that if she was to be on legal aid - she/we could get the costs of mediation put through that for free.
Is that true or is it only free for her and then i would have to pay half ?

Tony, when I went with my stbx we were assessed individually, so I guess you may have to pay for you but perhaps she won't

Yes, bizarre as it sounds, she will get mediation for free and you will have to pay.
My ex got her mediation free but I had to pay, even though her disposable income was greater than mine and it was acomplete waste of time and money.
