Hello, I went to first session of mediation this afternoon and it has failed because he walked out. The mediator cannot see the point in arranging another session. Can anyone please advise as to what happens next. Thank you, Pauline Mitchell.

Hello Fluffy and welcome I had the same fear that my X2B would walk out and also he would not have been honest in his disclosure so I refused to go to mediation. What happens next, well in my case its exchange of financial information (form E) and either solicitors negotiating an agreed settlement or the Court. GKx
