my boyfriend divorced his ex 12 years ago and moved out of the marital home. He never obtained a financial order at any time and paid the mortgage for several years after for his daughters sake. His ex sold the house and used the money to purchase another property with her boyfriend. Is it too late to get an order and get back some of the hard earned cash that he put into the marital home?

Hi Loz27, i dont know the answers im afraid but there are people here that do. I guess his name wasnt on the house or she couldnt have sold it without his consent? I hope you get the answers you're looking for really soon, keep watching this thread, Cindy
