If the absolute was granted in the last 6 years she can write to the court which granted it for another copy. There is a small fee if they have to search, but you can call the court and they will let you know.
If it is more than 6 years ago, you need to contact the Principal Regristry (see hmcourts-service.gov.uk) for a copy of it.
