My STBX wants myself and the children to end up homeless. I think I might qualify for Legal Aid but he definately doesn't. We cannot agree and it will definaltely go all the way to court.
How much is my Legal Aid bill likely to be and do I have to pay it out of my settlement? What usually happens? What if there's not enough to make the payment, can you end up with nothing and be in debt and homeless with 2 kids?
Please advise!!!!!!! xx
