Someone told me a while ago that Legal Aid only lasts for three years.My wife is in receipt of legal aid whereas I am having to fund our divorce myself.Things have moved very slowly......
Low and behold the three year anniversary for the beginning of proceedings against me approaches and suddenly my wifes solicitor has started to pull her finger out and put her foot down.
Does anyone know if this information is true? Is there a three year time limit or could my wifes solicitor have begun to earn her keep at last?
