My Solicitor has nearly wrapped things up now (2 Years!!) and theres just one thing needed to be done now, but dont know how long thats going to take again. I've been sent my legal aid bill, but bit hesitant to pay it now as i still want it all wrapped up and done and dusted before i pay.

I start work soon, so will my solicitors bill stay the same (legal aid) or will i have to pay the full whack because i'll be working?

I am glad you are at the end of this horrible journey.
You are not being ignored but I noticed that questioned put up at nite do not get much responce as most peeps use comp when at work.
My on feeling is that it should not change as this was incured before you started work and it will be a while before financially you will be fine.

Thank you for getting back to me, i thought too that i will have to pay the legal aid rate, but just wanted to make sure.

Its been a long journey for me and hopefully better things to come. I applied for this job over a year ago but due to the nature of the post it took a long time to come about. Look forward to having more financial stability, and a complete new life change.
