I had got in touch with my solicitor that Police had to be called because husband keeps taking kids away from me to his sisters house. No reply until, I called the firm on 1 Aug and was told that solicitor is on holiday and would return by 4 august. Today I went personally to make an appointment and I was informed by a senior soliciotor that they cannot continue my case because """"ITS TOOO SERIOUS"""
I have seen other solicitors and they dont want to take my case because its legal aid.WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO NOW?

Have a hunt on wiki and talk to a solicitor. Come into chat and see if any one can advise, this seems absolutely ridiculous.
