I have found out my X will have a full time job starting in September and will earn circa £25K (which will mean she doesn't qualify for LA I think).
Will LA continue to fund any court actions ahe has already initiated before starting her new job or will LA be stopped as soon as she starts to earn money?

Also, she has lied non-stop throughout this nasty business to everyone including her solicitor so will I be able to assist in letting the LA people know of her new circumstances?

Hi, the legal aid will stop and she will have to repay the amount outstanding over an agreed time.
