you need to get a solicitor and start the proceedings, my wife was under the impression I was going to give her ,her share and sort the divorce out later??? It all need tying up legally so she is going to have to wait.

As far as the divorce I am not to fussed about what grounds I use unless she starts being silly. I then go on adultery and name the other bloke to stir it all up. But I am not sure if you need evidence to go on adultery? All I know is the blokes first name his mobile number and he works with her, I have spoken to him and he has apoligised??? Don't really know anymore but I think he is keeping a lo profile.
