you can ask lots of awkward questions about the cash in your questionnaire at first appointment.

If the answers are not satisfactory, you can bet a judge will take a very dim view and with luck will award you a greater share if you go to Final Hearing even if it cannot be proved where the cash has gone.
You just stay honest .. and get what is fair .. at least you'll be able to live with yourself even if it is in a dull way
