I have tried out calculator a few times ( only a rough idea I understand )
My stbx and I both had our own property and morgages before we married which we then put in joint names ( dont ask why !!) I want to put this in as separate as that allows me to put in assets held before marriage and the fact that I had more equity and less debt than he did , if I put it all down as matrimonial then this isnt taken into account and it looks like I have no assets of my own !!
So is it matrimonial or separate?
