i got married 3 years ago my wife has 4 cildren to a previous marrage 3 sons and one daughter 2 sons live with us they are ages 23 and 25 (adults) they make my life in my own house unbearable and have no intetion of ever moving out my wife will not ask them to leave and expects me to put up with the situation or go in her words through a divorce. the problem is although i own the property which over some years i built myself brick by brick she thinks she will walk away with 100k my nae is on the deeds and know if i walk out iv lost everything whilst she sits pretty with her two overgrown babies im too old to start
again is there any advice or is it just a matter of how hard i will be kicked.

How old are you both?

Does your wife work?

What do you both earn?

Is there any mortgage on the house? How much is it worth?

Are there any debts, whether as individuals or as a couple?

Are there any savings or assets over £500? either you or your wife?

Do either of you have pensions? How much are they worth? (Cash Equivalent Transfer Value)

Need to know this information to give you an opinion on what is likely to happen.
