Been on divorce calculator and I am not sure if it's giving me a realistic calculation.
He earns 90k, I earn 5k (just a few partime hours)
He has pension worth to date 40k per year
My pension worth 3k
No debt other than mortgage of 130k.
House equity approx 200k
Savings, shares etc approx 60k
He is 49 I am 54
No children at home
He pays maintainance for 16year old from 1st marriage 300 per month
Married for 12 years, been together 15 yrs

Calculator said I would get 70-30 split of house and assets and he would pay spousal maintainance of 700 per month.
Can this be right, does anyone know. It would certainly p... him off it were true and it would mean I didn't need to be so scared of the future.

After i used the calculator , and after what i was awarded at final hearing was 2 very different outcomes so i would say (in my case ) the calculator is a rough guide.
