Hi all..

My husband and I agree divorce dut to his unreasonable behavior (I can say it is "adultery" anyway...).
Our marriage was 6 years and I worked parttime (I paied council tax and contribule food), no children.

I don't want to argue with him because he is too aggresive and I am so scared.
I am not going to ask him to settlement from FH value or his police pension then just pay me half of our joint account(it is joint account, but almost all is my money, not his saving at all!), but I want him to pay my legal fee for divorce.

He said to me for 2 years separation, but he has got already new partner and more " female friends" (you know what I mean...), I can't stand with as his "wife"..husband has no moral. So I want to divorce now.

Can I ask the court to make decision he pay my legal fee or some of them or not?

Any help / advice really apreciated... thank you..

the only fees usually payable is the court application fee for the divorce approx £150 and for no more than 2 hours for solicitors fees.
all the rest is paid by you, the courts very very rarely agree to costs for the other side to be paid unless in extreme circumstances, which i dont think yours will be.

Just I thought if was possible it might be one of deal...
I must save cost to solicitor...

but it is unfair..isn't it. He has got lots of relationships then he doesn't have to pay the cost for legal fee the other hand he doesn't want me to pay any setttlement even single penny.(it doesn't matter how much it is, I mean his attitude!)
