Hello, Dont know the complete story about Nonmol, but I am interested to know what happens if a penal order is attached to a contact order and is broken what happens in the worse case senerio?

Non Mol did post a little of the outcome and it sounds as though the matter was resolved by Mrs NM making an undertaking not to take the children abroad without his consent.
Rightly or wrongly courts attach penal notices in the hope of getting compliance rather than punishment and as Attilla said probably won't send a mother to prison. They rarely do.
