Re:Divorce or Nulity - Please help 4 Months, 3 Weeks ago
Hi there
The procedure for applying is the same as divorce, and you use the same documents.
Please be aware that your marriage is a voidable marriage, not a void marriage, so there can be an application for ancillary relief. There is another thread about this somewhere where I told the poster there will not be AR...but that is because that poster's marriage is a void one.

My ex-wife has stated in writing that she does not wish to make any claim on me for financial or other gain - can I still continue as your advice - from whence do I get the necessary forms

Hi Amanda,
I did say that I would let you know what would happen. Just to let you know went to my County Court in front of the Recorder and Judge today and got my marriage annulled.
For all nullity cases you will be asked to attend your local Court.
Just want to thanks Amanda for the help you have given.
