That will depend on the original agreement

For example it could have stated 'in the event that the house is sold' he would get paid out.

Look up what was agreed or amend any agreement not already enforced

nothing has been said yet im still waiting for him to sign the court petition (i think thats right)hopefully he wont protest that but i wouldnt be surprised with anything he does.

Make sure any agreement states what you want, include clause(s) to apply if the FMH is sold at some future date

If is not acceptable to s2bx then you might have to fight on that

another question if i do have to give my ex2b a share of my house for example if he was en­title­d to 50% do they value the house now say its worth £240,000 and he gets £120,000 when my youngest is 18 or do they value it again when i sell the house like i said when my youngest is 18 and he gets 50% of what its worth then.
