We donned the phrase "Mr Kipling" ! As in "what does Mr Kipling do at the weekend?"
He creams his Tarts.
(Don't get me and Zara started on Mr Kipling jokes!)
Yes Will was harsh. But yes he was right, and yes you did need to hear it. He's moved on, (as mine did0 then expects the home comforts when he calls; texts or needs coffee and sympathy from the women he once shared that with. When he's licked the icing off the Fondant Fancy - he's realised she's quite plain inside.

Hi Zara, I think you’ve mistaken cindygirl for me. I was replying to cindy’s post. I believe you are right when you say that cindy’s stbx is confused. Seems like he’s hedging his bets & trying to keep all his options open. Iwillbeok x

Thanks to you all for reading my rantings & replying so quickly, you really do help me to clarify things when i slip back again. Have to laugh at Ann asking her ex to fix the lawnmower and fence etc when he pops for a chat lol Nice one!!
Thanks again Mike62 for your words of wisdom too, you are so right and its nice to hear a mans point of view too. I think he asks if i'm ok cos he doesn't want me to be, he wants me sat at home sad & crying over him & his mistress!
IWillbeck, Thanks for reminding of those 2 words, power & control, you're right, our exes want to keep control of us for some reason, maybe we are their safety nets if things go wrong with their new women? Chances are that my exes mistress won't stick around too long, being 13 years his junior!
Zara2008, i loved your post, you have hit it on the nail, i was only thinking today when i got up that this increase in his contact is since i started dating other men!! I bet he can't stand the fact that other men find me attractive & sexy, come to think of it, he fell out with his neighbour friend a month ago for dropping by my house for coffee a few times, signs of jealousy I reckon now. What i do know is i could never trust him again, no way, too many lies and it would never work out between us again, thats why ive got the divorce in, if i cant live with him again then why stay married? Anyway, i wouldnt trust myself to not hurt him in future for what he did to me, so thats no basis for marriage. I guess you're right though Zara, it must kill him that i dont care about his floosy anymore or mention her, i truly am past all that, whats the point? I knew that gave him power & a big head so i stopped that a while ago by simply telling him that i was pleased he was happy again and that i too would be soon, the look on his face was pure bliss to me, and ive not mentioned her since or fell into his 'games playing' over her. I do think i have gained some power back the past few weeks & have some control back, but i wish i could gain it 100% this week lol Sigh....baby steps forward as they say, and i will continue on that way until i reach my goal to be happy without him. Love & ((((hugs)))) to you all & thanks so much again for listening, Cindygirl

Just had to post and tell you all lol My stbx has just texted again saying 'Night love, i do love you you know, i wish i could turn the clock back and all of this never happened.'
I'm not even going to answer or think about that one lol Now i DO know he's trying to screw my head up but i'm not listening anymore, i'm just sat laughing at the humour of it all...... of course our exes love us & miss us if their new relationships starts to crack, i'm guessing his has already...
