this is what is happening with me at the moment, stb ex has a credit card in his name with 12k debt on it, i new he had this card but was'nt aware of the level of spending he was doing on it, he never bought anything for me with it or for our house, but i am being forced to pay half of his debt out of our settlement as i cannot prove otherwise.
