Can someone help please? I replied to my oh solicitors and got a reply straight away, saying they would deal with my questions, this was over a month ago, i have since reminded them and had no reply.

Do they need to update you, or keep you hanging on till hell freezes over, or am i just blooming impatient!

Firstly summer in solicitors firms is like the twilight zone, where little happens and there are not many people about.

However, a month is edging towards rude, so I would drop them a little line saying:

Dear Sirs

Re

I wrote to you on XX date regarding various matters and to date have received no substantive reply. I look forward to receipt of the same within 7 days.

Yours etc

If you dont get your repy, I would then send the bundle of correspondence off to the senior partner.
