Consent Orders 3 Months, 3 Weeks ago

  Why did I think I could manage a DIY divorce?
Stuck on 1st form. Judical Separation done, and consent order in 1994!!
Now applying for Decree Nisi (by myself) but am I Applying for ancillary relief? 1st Consent order never followed but advised is still legal - so need to change it. Bit lost already, can't get legal aid so really need to do this myself! Can anyone guide me please?
Had house transferred to my name after husband gave up job to avoid paying maintenance - which he hasn't done for 11 years. However orignal consent order details what he should pay and that the house is in joint names - what a mess I have got myself in!

Ah dangers lurk everywhere. I found that although she signed house over to me its still halved in the marital pot. Same with the house she bought. And the big mortgage she took out to my cost. Funny how shes forgotten that half the income from her business is mine. Keep reading the site. Lots of advice/ outcomes here.
