What share you should each have in marital home? How your pensions should be divided? how much if any maintenance should be paid from one to the other? That one of you is in a new co-habiting relationship? That you are not happy with the financial disclosure, ( Form E ) ?
I'm not a lawyer, but I think the above are examples of the sort of usual suspects on a statement of issues.
