I was taken all the way to FH - no choice ex refused to be reasonable - no choice, not fair but that's the way it is...

In the affadavit am i allowed to give my personal views on the financial situation of the past and present or is it just the bare figures that are allowed.Can I appeal to the judge's sense of fairness and empathy or not?
