Final Hearing - "Frankie" friend 6 Months, 3 Weeks ago
I am self representing and have the Final hearing next week. I've read somewhere, but remember where now, that I am able to take a "Frankie" friend into the hearing itself. Is this true, and if so, are there any any restrictions as to who they can be eg can my sister be my "frankie" friend ??

Do you mean a McKenzie friend? You may want to google it for a clear definition, but it basically means you take somebody non-legal into the court room with you for a bit of moral support. I think Heather Mills had her sister?
I'm sure somebody on here will be able to give you some advice on this though. Hope that helps.
