I am Self repping-They gave me their S25 17Nov, I handed in my S25 with bulk of documents 24/11/08 to them -then started to create Issues /Position Statement-etc and added a few other bits to support case and added a few lines to S25, so printed off & swore a fresh copy,with an updated Form E-this is his solicitors response :-

Further to your brief meeting with our XXX in reception, we confirm that we do not accept the statement of XXX as evidence as you have not had the leave of the Court to file evidence from a third party. We therefore do not intend to include the same in the Court bundle.

As to your revised Form E, we cannot accept the further information you have, without leave, sought to put before the Court. We intend to include this in a Supplementary Bundle of Documents which are not agreed.

As to your revised Section 25 Statement and Bundle of documents in support, we have spoken with our Counsel, who has confirmed that this should not form part of the main Bundle. We consider you have benefited from the sight of our client’s Statement before amending your Statement, and it is therefore not agreed. Again, we intend to include this in a Supplementary Bundle of Documents which are not agreed.

What they are saying is that you do not have permission of the court to file any of the papers you have. Therefore rather than go in the main agreed bundle, they are going to put it all in another bundle, and the judge can then decide whether or not it should be accepted into evidence.

All perfectly normal.
