I wonder if anyone can help with filling in my Form H?I am self repping and the First Appointment before the Judge is on Thursday 10 am.
At the top of the form it says " Please note: it is a requirement of the rules to provide full costs information to the court" Do they mean receipts are required?
in italics underneath " do not include costs incurred in respect of other aspects of the case, for example, the divorce or civil partnership proceedings etc"
Does this mean I cannot enter costs for the Petition, Nisi, or Absolute?
In the heading SUMMARY OF COSTS ESTIMATE (under Grand Total Box) "state what has been paid towards the grand total above"I have paid the grand total sum, so I presume I say "ALL"? (most by cheque so do not have receipts if these are required, and are they?
I have been led to beleive that divorce proceeding costs petition, Decree Nisi, Absolute, I had to buy a PC as he took mine, postal costs etc go into Section A part 1 box 4 under Indemnity Rate and the same in box 7 (Total of Section A)
Then costs I have incurred in Ancillary Relief proceedings, my time for this element only (form E), photocopies, recorded deliveries stationary etc go in Section B Part 3 box 9 and where applicable cross out solicitor and put Litigant in Person.Can anyone clarify?
