Reasons for Divorce 2 Months, 4 Weeks ago
|
|
Hi,
My wife and I are basically just good friends now and want a divorce. I understand that we need to petition on intolerable behaviour what do you suggest is put on the form so that we get a divorce but it does not look significantly bad on anyone.
Can anyone come up with what they put or are going to put on this?
I have searched in the internet briefly and nothing really fits.
Any help gatefully received.
>> Could I put no longer sexually attractive, do no longer have common interests, or something? Any help??

written by attilldahun a solicitor on the site Give the example of UB and add a couple of examples eg
The R causes the P embarrassment:
-In Oct 2007 was unreasonably rude (calling her "a moose") to the P friend and as a result she no longer calls -In Dec 2007 attended the P work Xmas dinner and was morose ignoring much of the conversation
So give three/four types of UB with an example or two.
Regular ones -non communication -long periods of silence
Controlling behaviour Workaholic Selfish -spends too much time on computer/playing games/sport Prefers male company to that of P P treated like a housekeeper Lack of interest of an intimate nature etc Not helping with chores etc
Keep away from anything child related

Hi Johnsmith123,
You could put anything you like down, something with a human touch eg
Refuses to be intimate Eats excessive quantities of cheese Insists on playing the oboe into the early hours Spends every free hour in the shed etc etc
Good luck
