My partner was told yesterday that his stbx is taking him to court for financial matters. What happens now??
They apply to court and what forms do we need to fill in? (have downloaded form e)
How long do you have to wait before exchanging form e?
Is it then you can ask questions regarding the form..
I have been through this myself with my divorce, but i had a solicitor...i cant remember what happens!
Thanks for any advice in advance.

hi, my ex taking me to court end of sept all i have filled in is form e nothing else but this is the first hearing i also dont no what to expect, im dreading it, we seem to be in the same boat, take care, dave
