Hi I am sure this is a pretty basic question but I cannot find an answer to it in the forum so would appreciate any advice. My ex and I have exchanged Form E's and have a court date in a few weeks. I have noticed a couple of odd things on hers and also discovered that I made some errors on mine. Do I simply write to her solicitor and ask about her Form E and tell them that I have made an error on mine? Or do I just bring it up in court?
Also I presume there is no reason why we should not still exchange settlement proposals?
Basic I know but frustrating when you dont know the answer!

you can at any time even on the day of your hearing inform the other party of amendments to your E Form. if you exchange settlement proposals make sure that they are headed without prejudice save as to costs. i hope you both can sort it out amicably as it is a long and expensive road to travel. king regards dawn
