I am sure this is a pretty basic question but I cannot find an answer to it in the forum so would appreciate any advice.
My ex and I have exchanged Form E's and have a court date in a few weeks. I have noticed a couple of odd things on hers and also discovered that I made some errors on mine. Do I simply write to her solicitor and ask about her Form E and tell them that I have made an error on mine? Or do I just bring it up in court?

Also I presume there is no reason why we should not still exchange settlement proposals?

you can at any time even on the day of your hearing inform the other party of amendments to your E Form.
if you exchange settlement proposals make sure that they are headed without prejudice save as to costs.
i hope you both can sort it out amicably as it is a long and expensive road to travel.

Hi will,

As dawn says, you can amend Your Form E any time.

Both parties are also en­title­d to ask questions on the other's Form E once both forms have been submitted.

I thought that this was known as Calderbank offers and that these are now out of date?
