Is Consent Order approved ??? 1 Month, 2 Weeks ago

I received my consent order from the Court this morning. I have no idea if it's been accepted or not ? It is a photocopy - NOT the photocopies I was told to send in, it has a Judge's name on it, and the date ? but no covering letter to say 'here is your consent order, it has been accepted' Is this normal ? Does this mean I now have a signed consent order ? There is no signature on it other than the Judge has put his name on the front page where it says "Consent Order Before District Judge" and then his name is inserted ?? I cant pop the bubbly until I know for sure it's accepted ? Pleeeeeeeease can someone tell me ?? Course it's a Saturday so cant ring my Solicitor or the Court !!

Hi Lady, well roll on monday morning so you can ring the court.
I had similar probs with my petition, which I did myself, the court sending papers back to me with court stamps on them but no cover letter to explain why they were returning them to me. Did my flaming head in. As if the whole process isn't confusing enough!!!!
let us know on monday what the outcome is. debs

Hi
You and the ex2b sign the consent order then the court stamp it.
If the court are not happy with it they dont stamp it contact you (in your case) and ask for more imformation if there is a problem its usualy with the statement of imformation for a consent order form D84.
Its stamped your fine.

Hello Flower
If there was a problem with the petition the court would send you form D79 (notice of refusal of Judges certificate). The form will tell you why the Judge has decided your case is not in order. In most cases, the court will need further information. You will be told what extra information is needed.
