Has he made an offer to you yet?
The courts will consider the housing needs of all the parties, but give priority to the children and the parent-with-care. You will need a four bedroomed home, and I imagine you have this since its' value is £500k
Since you have been totally supported, my guess is you'd receive spousal support, at least until you can retrain and work full time. Child support is 25% of his income (for the three children) don't know how to do the sums for spousal support...
Someone else will help.

A recent sols letter says that eldest son wants to live with him. I have asked for mediation to arrange equal residential order. He has not asked about other kids as yet. The 500k home is 3 bedroom. I hear from kids he wants to buy me out!can I refuse as this home is convenient for school. No formal offers yet but I would want to know more about him since he keeps saying he has no money as he was in prison and is in debt but I know his well to do family has his share he admitted transferring stuff to his brothers name. How do I know he is being fair to me and kids?I am getting legal aid would they get an investigator to find out what he really is worth Can I stop my kids from staying at his sisters house as she uses my kids to change her kids diapers, do her washing etc
