my partners ex has decided to discharge the case i would like to know what is the full procedure to discharge a court order please... all we know she has been to her solicitors and they have gave her the form APPLICATION TO VARY,EXTEND OR DISCHARGE AN ORDER IN EXISTING COURT PROCEEDINGS. and a copy of the non mol order against my partner.
she saying she and my partner will have to go court to have the court order vacated.. then she has to give the application bak to solicitor and then there will be another hearing where she n my partner will have to go to finally dismiss the order. how much truth is there in what she is saying .......can someone please shed some light because we thought in order for her to get the non mol discharged its just one trip to solicitors and one to court im lost and confused any advice always welcome

As I advised you yesterday, he needs to go to court to ensure that the order is discharged. Please tell him to go to the hearing.

he is definitely going to court tomorrow so the case will be discharged but the original date for the non mol hearing is 21st nov.. will it make a differnce to have this dismissed before the actual hearing date.. and please can you tell me what happens after he goes court. what is next procedure.. thankyou ever so much amanda your a star..
