Thanks Had, did just that, post FDR on barristers instruction.
We also are currently 20K apart, which I was told the judge really will not like at FH For the proceedings to get this far, over such a small ammount. (its not that small to me, but I know it is to the court).
But how do you negotiate with someone, who cant see further than his next night out?:blink:
Just dreading the FH, I feel like this whole process is consuming my every thought.

Thanks for posting all of this..it is an eye-opener. I presume that if we come up with an arrangement at mediation none of this is necessary???? It may be worth giving in for the sake of 20k then for peace of mind!!! Thanks for the advice of getting offers written down too - the judge looks favourabley on this then?
