Dont know if its same in england.....but i had expenses audited and adjusted by the court....there was a hearing...was really straight forward as i had self repped and did not ask for anythin other than outlays so there was nothin to reduce...in your case i would question every detail...sols can get carried away with eg £75 to peruse a survey...good luck

Hi Elle that sounds interesting! get stbx sols to provide every bit of expenditure detail and itemise it and justify because I know they will have costed for delay's and cancelled hearings that they requested but anyone know how I get court (and does it have to be the same court?) to audit costs, will they charge me?

Was contemplating making stbx sols an offer of £5000 as full and final settlement but sure they will not accept now but once we get on the merry go round of quibbling a bit further down track they might?

Yes there is a fee for this...i combined 3 lots and paid the one fee....about £100...but remember i am scotland...have no idea how this works in england but i am sure someone will let you know
