I have a mountain of correspondence with these people, would somebody from the profession please contact me and I will give them all the relevant information.

People, the SFLA(resolution) charter seems to be a quality standard, with no auditing either internally or externally and the ONLY criteria for membership is money.

In short a totally meaningless quality standard.

A little story:
As MD of a company making luxury gift foods, I put a product into John Lewis called Fruit Jellies. Phone Rings, Trading Standards, You cant call them that, Why Not? , because they are not pure fruit, but neither are fruit pastels, well they are not in my district you cant call them that, but they are really expensive and contain very high fruit pulp concentrate, Sorry Product recall please: £5000 of measurable cost, and If I don't? Our solicitors will take you to Court and fine you £10,000.
End Of Story.
Mr Bla Blah FABRICATED his ENTIRE on line CV for at least two years, sought endorsement from his false qualifcations and the Law Society thinks it is an oversight. He was complicit in breaking the LAW
People That IS TOTALLY DUAL STANDARDS.

Oh, and his Accredited Mediator status with Resolution...... No Problem >>>>>> still endorsing him as a member to this day....... despite the fact that he had lied about being an accredited mediator and his Senior partner said the Mediation hadn't proved to be too popular in explanation for his lapsed basic membership.
There is virtually no complaints procedure and it is total Joke. In the real world of Industry you would be laughed at with such a meaningless endorsement/ Quality Standard.

Why don't you write to your MP? Better still they usually have a local "surgery" you can go to with all your complaints.

As other people have said on this site, you cannot tar everyone with the same brush. There is good and bad in life and in every profession.

SFLA you know who I am.

You will be judged on your appalling performance, I can run rings round you in this media.
