Yes i do hate it, and it's a rule i have complained about to the CSA and to Tony Blair when he was PM and my local MP , it sucks.

But of course the judges and MP's and all those in command earn ridiculous money so why should they bother? Frustrated is NOT the word. Thank you for responding and hope things improve for you.
