2nd divorce - child support 3 Months ago
|
|
I am in an initial stage of a possible second divorce, I have two children from my first marriage that I pay for on an agreement with my ex-wife based on the CSA levels but without their involvement, which works fine
I have one chid with my second wife.
How would the CSA work out my child maintenance, if it goes to the line is it sensible to involve them in it all or not at all .
if the maintenance is based on a percentage of my wages how is the second lot calculated?
am I going to have any money left to pay the rent/mortgage?

As there are 3 children CSA will take 25%, for 3 children
PWC of the 1 child will recieve 1/3
PWC of the 2 chidren will recieve 2/3
Example Net weekly income £360, 25% is £90
PWC of the 1 child will get £30 PWC of the 2 children will recieve £60
