There are no such things as annual reviews of child support. Any party can request a review at any time if they think a change in either parties circumstances would affect the amount of maintenance payable

I have been separated for 21 months now and we review the CM every June when my P60 has been sent out by my employer.
I am in sales so my income varies due to the amount of commission I earn. My income went down in the last tax year, so my CM payment has gone down too.
What I do is forward a copy of my P60 and my pension contribution to my ex2b and tell her how much I am going to pay her per month. This amount stands for a whole year and is reviewed when my next P60 comes out.
