Sorry dont understand, did she spend the money after you were divorced? You could ask the bank for the copies of the cheques and if it was her signature on then surely it is her debt? Presumably a joint account.
As for the money going into the boyfriends account, I suppose the CSA will pay it into any account they are asked to. But yes I would want to know why, if the money is for the children, he could easily do a bunk at any time and it would take the CSA months to act on any information to put a stop on paying into that account and transfer it into your ex-wife's. It would be interesting to find out if he is included in the CSA report?
Dont know, it is all a mystery to me how an organisation put in place to ease misery for children, just causes absolute chaos, and worse, they just dont care. They know best and always will. You have no come back whatsoever, whatever they decide is right!
It might be an advantage for you to do some investigating into the matter, perhaps give the CSA a call and see if his income is included in all of this. That is if you get through to someone with a brain cell that is turned on!
