5 fathers who owe more than £60,000 between them in unpaid child support fees have been threatened with jail.
On Monday the CSA agency sucessfuly applied for liability orders to be made against the men at Luton Magistrates Court.

A new body the Child Maintenance Enforcement Commission will eventually replace the CSA and will have enhanced enforcement powers.
These include the ability to make reductions from bank accounts and disqualification from travelling to the withholding or surrender of passports.

I got my ex's driving licence taken off him with 1 phone call to the police and another to the disability.
I told the police what time he left the pub he drank in then the DWP well what is i 1 or the other he is disabled or he is not ?
The DVL took his licence he stayed successfully on benefit all his sons life until the barrister held up a letter I got from the CSA saying he was exempt from paying CSA .
In closed court they handed over custody of a seriously ill child to an alcoholic with a violent streak going back 10 years,nice work give yourselves a pat on the back .
All form a circle in court and say well done , watch this case for a public inquiry should this child die after being placed here and left here with little contact to family & friends.
