Financial Court Orders - Specific Issues Hearing 3 Months, 2 Weeks ago

Hi everyone
Just a quickie to see if anyone has encoutered this before.
A bit if History:
I have 50:50 Shared Residence but I am going back to court to try and sort out the ex's failure to communicate over schooling (Specific Issues Hearing), she is trying to make all the education decisions without reference to me. I pay the school fees, she does not wnat to contribute or go to that school. (I have a court order for that)
She is also attempting to damage me financially, she did badly in the FH Ancillary Relief, so to get back, she is refusing to sign over or communicate over a house that will be repossessed if she doesn't negotiate. This will make my ability to pay the school fees even more difficult.
My question is; Can the judge in the Specific Issues Hearing make a financial order? In that could I ask him to order her to negotiate so that I can pay the school fees in comfort?
Your thoughts or experiences are more then welcome
Thanks

A Specific Issue Order (SIO) is exactly what it says - an order issued by the Family Court relating to a specific set of issues raised by either parent in relation to how the other one is looking after their child
not to sort out financial issues between the two of you

Dont mention it at all..you could be regarded as taking childrens issues as a vehicle for other issues...does not go down well.
I hate to ask it.. but have you tried meditation? If yes.. could you try again. SIO are really the last resort

There is no chance of mediation, we have not spoken since we broke up. Everything I have achieved has been done through the courts and there is little chance of that changing...... She lost heavily in the fact that she did not want me to have any say and I got my 50:50 so she is doing all she can to make that as difficult as possible for me. We have a review in December and thats her goal. I have to go to court to get his passport, holidays as she wont do anything unless there is a court order
