Hi.
Im new to this site, wondering if anyone can help me.
My Wife has left me & setup home with a female partner.
We have 3 children, one is staying with me and 2 are going with her.
I presume I should pay child maintenece for the 2 children as per the CSA calculator.But..
Should she me paying me for the child living with me?
She and her new partner will both be working & claiming Tax credits.
Any advice appreicated

Yes.
Child maintenance is individual. One parent "pays" via bringing up, the other partner via money.

I presume you are getting child benefit for the child who is with you otherwise you will not be classed as the PWC.CSA will make deductions for the 2 children in her care and vice versa, it may be better for you both to sort it out without the CSA, CSA 2 which has been about since March 03 does not include the NRPP's income in the assesment.
