Just a quick update on the implosion of Fathers4Justice. The new forum that I brought to your attention earlier has now gone down, it just about works in Firefox and fails to open in Internet Explorer(7)(People use Safari or firefox to be safer).

A member had posted a question to Arnie which i was allowed to answer, then a user called helen earth made a post in the thread that essentially supported Arnie's argument line, to which I replied, BOTH posts were then removed and the forum went sideways....LOL.

That is very sad, I did see it on the news.

Why is it assumed that a father has this inbuilt ability to go from seeing their children every day, to just once a week. I just dont know what the answer is??

But first I must say to Lyndamic especialy, and all those suffering my heart does go out to you.

I agree with the conspiracy theory. A 91.14 ( which I only heard of today) seems to be a very easy and cheap way for a court to end all proceedings which frees up more court time and ends costly legal aid applications.

Is that not what the law is all about now? Justice must be 'seen' to be done in the most cost effective way? Victims of that, be damned

If you look at any current law book and then compare it to the guidlines which officials involved in enforcing that paticular law should consider you would not think you were reading a book from the same planet! Never mind the reading ABOUT the same law.

The law is/was meant to protect the innocent, punish the guilty,and preserve order in society.

I think those days are gone now.

For some reason I am getting quite a few emails from F4J members and they are not of the threatening type!!.
It was brought to my attention that Matt O Connor(Mr Whippy) Last post in the F4J forums has been posted here.

Firstly there is a lot of bad language and secondly Bob Geldof brought this issue into the public's focus, Matt O Connor merely rode it for all it was worth.
